Description
Maternity care doesn't begin in the delivery room, and it doesn't end there either. From the first trimester to the months following birth, every touchpoint along the journey shapes outcomes, experiences and long-term well-being.
In this webinar, leaders from Baylor Scott & White Health will share how they are designing a more connected maternity experience around the needs of mothers, babies and families. Using Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor Scott & White — Fort Worth as a model, guest speakers will highlight how education, digital access, care navigation, the TeamBirth process, multidisciplinary support and community partnerships are helping strengthen trust, autonomy, safety and continuity of care across the maternity journey.
The webinar also will highlight how this connected approach extends beyond the hospital through Well Beyond Beginnings, Baylor Scott & White’s maternal and child health initiative focused on prenatal nutrition, screening and intervention, and strategic partnerships that support mothers and babies earlier in the journey.
Attendees will gain practical insights into how customer-centered design can meaningfully improve outcomes and foster communication that elevates the maternity experience. Together, these efforts reflect Baylor Scott & White’s commitment to Empowering You to Live Well by supporting families with more connected, respectful and reliable care.
